Hands on Learning
Yesterday I met a friend of my son's that told me about the Discovery Museum at New Haven - near Connecticut where I am staying. His seven year old son was going there for the day. He dreams of being an inventor when he grows up.
I will have to wait until my grandson gets a bit older. He is busy enough inventing things to do with old cardboard boxes. A car, a post box, a tunnel, a slide.....
-as we say the possibilities are endless.
